This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services. Accessing the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

We may change these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. By continuing to use the Site after we post changes, you accept the Terms as modified.

2. Our Services

Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing is a marketing and advertising agency. We provide patient-acquisition and marketing services to medical aesthetic clinics and other businesses, including paid advertising campaigns, landing page and funnel development, booking automation, lead follow-up, reporting, and patient retention programs.

Our services are offered to businesses and to the owners, officers, and authorized decision-makers of those businesses. They are not consumer products. By requesting a consultation or engaging our services, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorized to do so.

Each engagement is delivered as a personalized program. Specific deliverables, fees, terms, and any refund or cancellation policy are set out in the individual written agreement for that engagement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in on our forms, you agree to the following. These terms are also published separately at /sms-terms.

3.1 Program description and message types

Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing sends text messages regarding consultation scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups about your inquiry, service and account updates, check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and promotional offers about our marketing services. We do not send messages on behalf of any other company, and we do not send content unrelated to our marketing services.

3.2 Consent

You will only receive text messages from us if you affirmatively opt in by ticking an unchecked consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is never required to book a consultation or to engage our services. Separate consent is collected for non-marketing messages and for marketing or promotional messages.

3.3 Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the types of messages you have opted into.

3.4 Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and messages you send us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

3.5 How to opt out

You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us and we will send one confirmation message, after which you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did originally.

3.7 Carriers

Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

3.8 Privacy of mobile data

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and all materials on it are the property of Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and print or download individual pages for your own reference, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. Except as expressly permitted, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, or distribute any material from the Site without our prior written permission.

You may link to the Site so long as the link does not state or imply any sponsorship or endorsement by us. You may not frame or inline-link our content, or incorporate our material into another website or service, without our prior written permission.

If you send us material, including feedback, testimonials, comments, images, or other content, you represent that you own it or have permission to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that material in connection with our business. 5. Eligibility and Age

The Site and our services are intended solely for adults. By using the Site, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By requesting a consultation, you further certify that you are the owner, authorized representative, or decision-maker for a business seeking marketing services, and that the information you provide about that business is accurate.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13. This Site and its content are not directed at children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at milan@glowmarketing.se so we can delete it.

The Site may link to websites operated by third parties. Linking does not imply endorsement or sponsorship, and we do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of those sites.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing, its affiliates, and their respective officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, representation, or covenant in these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
